Meeting 4/2/20
This was the first meeting i miss out on the first one. everyone went went over when they having each meeting , choosing a topic and an overall theme. my group chose to have the meetings held on a Tuesday but sometimes could be held on another day. down below is a mind map of some of the topics my group did when i was away. also there is a form down below that was made by Joe for additional details

This meeting was a check up to see how everyone was doing and making sure everything was going smoothly. Joe and Sophie didn`t attend due to storm Dennis messing up their travel plans. Again this is shorter due to it being a check up than a meeting.
4/3/20
This meeting we went over ideas with each other, everyone attended this time. Sophie says she was struggling for ideas so we gave her a bit of a few suggestions to help her out. we also thought about back up ideas if we could not fill the full hour our magazine. this included getting more than one live guest which we allowed to have.

For some reason the audio won`t appear for some reason on the blog but the link does work. this meeting we went over what was going to happen to the magazine program due the corona virus slowly shutting other schools and universities. we discussed over what other ways we could interviews the only ways we could think of where over Skype or zoom but lucky we can do it all over online so we should all be ok.

this was the meeting we had last week two weeks before the holidays we couldn’t` record it due to COVID-19 but we discussed out ideas for the production schedule and the social media. we had to do it through Facebook instead so apologies for the amount of screenshots but we got everything covered mentioned down below
