Here`s a quick timeline of the development of the project. this is here to give a clear idea how my idea was developed.
17/2-24/2- Our Group decided to have Scottish Entertainment as our theme and we decided to branch out into sub groups. I chose to TV due to studying it before. i ended up doing research and came to terms with making three ideas:
Idea 1: Mental Health Effect on Freelancers
This idea would focus on People working in the Creative industries and how it has effect the mental health.
Idea 2: Freelancing: Success. or a Flop.
This Idea would focus on if Freelancing is the way to go in the industry.
Idea 3: Edinburgh Film Festival Job opportunities.
The idea would en tale the jobs of that the EFF are showing and how it will help people get more experiencing in the industry.
I will do some research to see which one interests me the most.
26/2/: I asked my lecturer for which idea i should should stick to and he suggested i should stick with the freelance idea as he thought it may be the most easiest to get interviews for, which i thought would be the best one to stick to as i feel like it was too similar to my 1st idea and some else in my class was doing the Edinburgh Film Festival as well.
26/2/-3/3: I started to research fully on my chosen idea which was going to be freelancing. i decided that the angle i would take would be if freelancing best way to live financially. during this time i have started to work on my pitch by creating a power point. and presented to my lecturer.
3/3-31/3 I Overhauled the blog to me sure it follows the brief along with doing some more research for the idea. during this time i was able to get three of my interviews confirmed.
31/3-3/3 i have wrote the questions out for interviews all i need to do is get them arranged once they are done i will start the editing process.
